Wholesale Orders: For wholesale orders, we highly recommend requesting a sample before placing your bulk order. This ensures that you are fully satisfied with the quality of our products, minimizing the risk of returns.

Retail Orders: If you are not completely satisfied with your retail purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the purchase date. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Email address
    • Physical address
    • Reason for the return
  2. Receive RMA: Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is essential for tracking your return and ensuring a smooth refund process.

  3. Prepare the Return: Ensure that the product is unused, with all original tags intact, and in its original packaging. Products must be in the same condition as when received to be eligible for a refund.

  4. Ship the Item: Use a reliable shipping method to send the item back to us, including the RMA number clearly marked on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that we cannot refund purchases made with gift cards.


If you receive an item that is damaged or has a factory defect, please follow these steps:
